  • Normally we need at least 5 business days notice for new installations and 2 business days notice for transfer of existing service. If you need connection quicker than this, let us know and we'll try our best.
  • We will provide a no obligation quote. Once the quote is accepted, all installation fees and 1st month service fees must be paid before service is installed and/or enabled.
  • Acceptance of the service quote implies acceptance of Zelan's full Terms & Conditions.
  • Cancellation before service is installed may incur cancellation fees if equipment has been specifically purchased for the install.
  • For service locations which are rented, leased or leasehold, we require written permission from the owner, landlord or body corporate before a installation can commence.
  • Zelan primarily provides Rural Wireless Broadband in the West Coast region of New Zealand's South Island (Buller, Grey and Westland districts). In addition, Fibre service can be provided anywhere throughout the South Island. Zelan currently has no plans to provide new ADSL/VDSL services at any location or any services to the North Island.
